Regional development for age-appropriate health care
A cooperation project between akzente and the University of Graz
Elderly people in rural areas are at risk of unequal medical care. In "Shaping Health Together", various products / media to promote the health of older people are developed together with representatives of the health system and older people.
Through the cooperation between older people, doctors and other health professions, an alignment to the needs and needs of older people based on the state of medical practice is achieved. A desired and planned "side effect" is the strengthening of regional expertise for health workers and the elderly (empowerment).
